All the other search methodologies still apply. It's only the preparation that differs.
- Budget for trips to the target location for networking. You can make some contacts via email and phone, but face-to-face meetings will be most effective.
- Make sure your marketing materials state that you are looking to relocate, and where, and have a good story about why you are targeting that specific area.
