Older Workers

All the other search methodologies still apply. It's only the preparation that differs. The older worker needs to be prepared to:
- Recognize the apprehension or prejudice of a hiring manager
- Provide examples of how your experience can be applied to the hiring manager's problems.
- Provide examples of how you can interact well with people of different generations.
