• Remember, you need to meet and get to know people (See Networking Overview), so don't just limit yourself to job-search groups.

• Google for networking groups in your target industry.
• Search Yahoo! groups for your target city and keyword "Networking". You may need to add keywords in order to refine the list. Many groups that have face-to-face meetings use Yahoo groups to post meeting announcements.
• Search Google groups for your target city and keyword "Networking".
